Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a Statewide Data Spine, which will serve as the foundational data infrastructure to integrate, standardize, and enable secure exchange of multi-source data across clinical, claims, community, workforce, and public health systems to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing the Data Spine. Key features of the Data Spine include:
• Integration of multi-source data
• Standardization of data
• Secure exchange of data
• Support for the Rural Health Transformation Program
The vendor will need to have experience in designing and implementing large-scale data integration projects, as well as expertise in data standardization and security.
