Description
The Montclair Board of Education seeks a qualified firm to completely redesign its digital presence, including a district‑wide website, eleven individual school sites, a native mobile application for iOS and Android, and an integrated multi‑channel notification system. The vendor must deliver a responsive, ADA‑compliant solution with full content migration, CMS training, hosting, security, and post‑launch support, and must launch the new platform by September 1 2025.
• Design, develop, and launch a new district website plus 11 school websites with a secure, user‑friendly CMS and full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• Build native iOS/Android mobile apps integrated with a centralized notification platform (email, SMS, push, website alerts) capable of targeted messaging and emergency alerts.
• Provide migration of existing content, SEO implementation, analytics, training for staff, documentation, hosting, security measures, and ongoing maintenance/support.
• Meet a tight schedule: proposals due June 11 2025, project completion required before September 1 2025.
• Submit sealed hard‑copy proposals with extensive certifications (EEO, anti‑bullying, background‑check, political‑contribution disclosure, debarment, ownership, etc.) and an itemized cost breakdown.
