Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $3,000,000

Based on typical costs for large‑scale earthwork and storm sewer installations in Nebraska, a project of this magnitude (≈ 30,000 CY of earthwork and 400 ft of reinforced concrete pipe) would likely be awarded in the $2–3 million range. Factors influencing the estimate include local labor rates, material costs for concrete pipe, and the scope of grading and site preparation.
