Description
The State of Tennessee’s Department of Military seeks a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive vault expansion at the Henderson Armory, including structural reinforcement, floor and wall upgrades, dehumidification, lighting, electrical conduit, and integration of security systems.
• Install reinforced 8‑in. CMU walls with expanded metal and #4 reinforcing bars per AR 190‑11 standards.
• Cut a 48 × 84 in. opening in an existing wall and finish it with a hollow‑metal casement frame.
• Provide steel landing‑mat flooring, a dehumidifier sized for ~6,800 ft³, new LED fixtures, and conduit for the Owner’s security‑system sensors.
• Coordinate with the Owner’s security‑systems vendor for sensor and alarm installation, supplying three conduit locations.
• Complete all construction, testing, and invoicing no later than 30 June 2026, under a contract ceiling of $150,000.
