Description
The City of Columbus, Division of Water is seeking a vendor to provide service and preventative maintenance for their Ion Chromatography System. The service should be equivalent to Unity Lab Services Essential Service Plan, which includes field service engineer labor, travel, and parts required for corrective maintenance visits, priority status for technical support inquiries, one scheduled annual standard preventive maintenance visit, access to Unity Lab Services Online Knowledge Base, and a 10% discount on spare parts, accessories, and consumables. The coverage period is from August 5, 2026, to August 4, 2027.
• The vendor must provide a copy of their State of Ohio BWC Certificate and Liability Insurance Certificate to the Lab Manager upon notice of award.
• The service includes software and firmware updates upon request and in conjunction with a scheduled preventive or corrective maintenance visit.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services for Ion Chromatography Systems.
• The vendor must be able to provide a certified service engineer to conduct diagnosis and corrective maintenance procedures using the latest digital remote support tools.
