Yokogawa CV8000 Maintenance

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking to award a sole-source contract to Yokogawa Corporation of America for maintenance and preventive maintenance services for the Government-owned Yokogawa CV8000 high-throughput microscopy systems. The contract will be for a period of 12 months from the date of contract award. The services will be performed at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Bethesda, MD. • The contract is for maintenance and preventive maintenance of the Yokogawa CV8000 high-throughput microscopy system and a Dell Precision 7920 Workstation. • The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or have the necessary tools and resources to ensure the systems operate as intended. • The Government has determined that Yokogawa Corporation of America is the only source for maintenance, repairs, and technical support. • Capability statements must be submitted to the Point of Contact by 12:00 PM EST on April 7, 2026.
