Description
Judson Independent School District is seeking a qualified pest‑control contractor to provide comprehensive, integrated pest‑management (IPM) services for all district facilities. The contract covers monthly interior and exterior treatments, bait‑station monitoring, rapid repeat service, detailed record‑keeping, and a written pest‑control plan presented within the first two weeks of contract start. Service locations include 57 schools, district offices, transportation and nutrition facilities, and related structures across Live Oak, San Antonio, Converse, Universal City, and Kirby. The vendor must be Texas‑licensed, carry specified insurance limits, and comply with numerous state and federal certifications and environmental requirements. Pricing is submitted as monthly rates per site, with an annual aggregate calculated (monthly × 12). The initial term is two years with up to three one‑year extensions at the district’s discretion.
• Provide monthly interior and exterior pest‑control (ants, rodents, wasps, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, etc.) using low‑toxicity/green products and IPM documentation.
• Maintain bait‑stations, respond to work orders, and offer no‑charge repeat service within 30 days of an initial treatment.
• Submit signed service slips, monthly invoices (Net 30), and comprehensive treatment records to both Accounts Payable and Maintenance.
