Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to replace the existing electrical service to the Wyatt Water Tower and to install a new obstruction lighting system on the tower. The work includes removal of the old meter, panelboard, conduit, and conductors; installation of a new meter pedestal, panelboard, underground service, grounding system, and associated civil work; as well as providing a LED obstruction light with photo‑cell controls at the tower’s apex. All work must comply with the 2017 NEC, NESC, and local codes, using specified brands (Square D panelboards, Milbank meter pedestal, Sylvania LED floodlight). The contract is sealed‑bid, with a 5 % bid security and a 60‑day bid validity period.
