Animal Care Services - New Veterinary Hospital and Master Planning

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the construction of a new veterinary hospital and master planning. The project includes a single-story facility with various rooms, including reception, office, pharmacy, X-ray, surgery, holding areas, toilet rooms, and storage. The project also includes MEP, structural, civil, and landscape work. The construction contract time for the project is 210 days. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project requires a variety of trades, including concrete, masonry, metals, woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, special construction, conveying equipment, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and electronic safety and security. • Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the Cit-E-Bid system or hand-deliver their bids to the City Secretary's office. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
