The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting offers for approximately 5,450 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space in McAllen, Texas, to serve as an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease will be for a five‑year term, with a clause allowing the Government to terminate with reasonable notice. The lessor must provide secondary egress, parking for 19 government vehicles, additional parking for staff and customers, daytime janitorial services, signage, and compliance with construction and security specifications.
