Underground Storage Tank Testing and Inspections

The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for underground storage tank testing and inspections services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting annual and triennial inspections and testing of underground storage tanks at four locations in Raleigh, North Carolina. The services include leak detection equipment operability checks, visual inspections of sumps, line leak/detection tests, and overfill prevention equipment operability checks. The firm will also be responsible for submitting corresponding documentation to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. • The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew. • The City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The evaluation criteria include corporate background and experience, firm financial stability, project understanding, project approach, team firm experience, and proposed cost. • The City of Raleigh is an equal opportunity employer and encourages small, minority, and women-owned businesses to participate.
