Description
The Bay Arenac ISD is seeking a contractor to perform interior renovations to the Living and Learning Center. The project includes renovations to classrooms, offices, and other areas. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is done in compliance with current codes, including the Michigan Building Code, and that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained. The contractor will also be required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project.
