Badger Water Meters, Reading and Programming Equipment

Sarasota County is seeking to renew a sole source procurement with Badger Meter Inc. for the provision of radio read water meters, reading and programming equipment. The County may consider responses from other vendors who can provide similar products and services. The contract will be for the provision of E-Series Ultrasonic Meters, Recordall Disc Meters, Recordall Compound Series/Combo Meters, Recordall Turbo Series Meters, HR-E Encoders, HR-E LCD Encoders, BEACON SaaS, BEACON Mobile Reading Solutions, ORION Endpoints, Syrinix PIPEMINDER Solutions, Syrinix RADAR Software, Badger Meter Analytical Product Lines, and Mag Meters. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The vendor will be responsible for shipping materials F.O.B. Destination unless otherwise specified. • The County reserves the right to reject receipt of shipment and cancel the contract if the vendor is unable to provide delivery as required.
