Description
The North Carolina National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide medical laboratory services, including analyzing blood and urine samples. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services, except for those specified as Government Furnished. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement with no funds awarded initially, and funding will be provided at the BPA Call level.
• The contractor must be registered and active in SAM.gov at the time of quotation/offer submission and at the time of award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal outlining their approach to fulfilling the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide past performance information, including current point of contact information, scope of work, contract number, and dates of completion.
