Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to supply brand name or equal Steris ENDO STRATUS and ENDOGATOR Irrigation Pumps on an agency-wide basis. The pumps are designed to deliver liquids to a cavity or other specific area of the body and must meet certain salient characteristics, including providing stable flow and fine adjustability, including maximum pressure limits, and supporting footswitch activation. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods. Vendors must provide technical literature demonstrating that their products meet the salient characteristics and must be registered in SAM.gov.
• The contract will require delivery of Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States.
• Vendors must provide item pricing information, including flat rate shipping and any quantity discounts.
• The Government is seeking a single Requirements Contract with Firm-Fixed Price orders.
• The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's ability to meet the salient characteristics and provide uninterrupted supply of products on a national scale.
