Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking multiple-award contracts for the provision of 5-gallon and 1-gallon returnable bottled water and dispenser rental to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. The contract term will be 1 year with the option of 4 additional 1-year renewals. Bidders must meet all bid requirements, including supplier registration, bid submission, and technical requirements. Awarded suppliers will be reimbursed for delivery of bottled water provided to each using agency.
• The bottled water must be spring or purified, suitable for human consumption.
• The water bottler must be certified by NSF International or other ANSI-accredited certifying body.
• Awarded suppliers must maintain an inspection system to ensure the quality of the bottled water.
• The Commonwealth shall return 1 empty bottle for each filled bottle supplied on the awarded contract.
