LED Lighting Renovation

The Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture is seeking a consultant to perform a total LED lighting renovation. The project involves demolishing and removing old fluorescent light fixtures, installing new LED fixtures, and testing and commissioning the new lighting system. The consultant will be required to provide all services to complete the project, including conducting a site walk-through, coordinating with the facilities manager, providing product submittals, and verifying electrical compatibility. The project is expected to start on April 10, 2026, and be completed by July 10, 2026.
