Infrastructure Assessment and Design for Placement of Medical Trailers at Three Facilities - Wyo. Dept. of Corrections

The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, is seeking qualified architecture/engineering firms to provide full‑service infrastructure assessment, design, and construction administration for the placement of mobile MRI medical trailers at three state correctional facilities (Rawlins, Torrington, and Lusk). The scope includes site investigations, sealed‑bid construction documents, technical specifications, and oversight through construction close‑out. Firms must attend three mandatory pre‑proposal conferences at each facility, complete background checks, and submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the October 5 deadline.
