Window Washing Services - New Madrid

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide window washing services for the New Madrid State Office Building. The contractor will be responsible for washing the exterior and interior windows, caulking, and cleaning building overhangs. The contract period is for one year, and the state agency does not guarantee any usage of the contract. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing window washing services on multiple story buildings. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must employ, control, and manage the conduct of their personnel. • The contractor must comply with all applicable health and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a method of contact while performing services. • The contractor must identify completed work on a checklist provided by the state agency. • The contractor must submit an itemized report of the window washing services performed within two business days after completion.
