2026 Capital Improvements Project

The City of Northlake is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive capital improvements program. The work includes extensive utility rehabilitation, roadway resurfacing, and related civil works across multiple sites in Northlake. The scope covers water main repair/replacement, cured‑in‑place sewer lining, epoxy manhole lining, hot‑mix asphalt resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter removal/replacement, sidewalk reconstruction, storm‑sewer spot repairs, and landscape restoration, all to be completed under a single contract with an estimated value of $6 million. • Water main rehabilitation and pipe lining (including cured‑in‑place sewer lining) • Asphalt pavement resurfacing, patching, and concrete curb/gutter work • Sidewalk removal/replacement, storm‑sewer repairs, and landscape restoration The contractor must be pre‑qualified, submit a bid by May 12 2026, and be prepared to mobilize for a multi‑site, multi‑discipline construction effort slated for completion by November 13 2026.
