Description
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for the procurement of a battery electric dry freight truck with a liftgate for the City of New York. The truck will be used for the collection of e-waste and for special events. The contract will be for a period of five years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The City reserves the right to change the start and end dates of the contract. The contract quantities are estimates based on experience, and the City will not be compelled to order any specific quantity of any item.
