PLUG-IN HYBRID SEDANS

The County of Westchester is seeking to establish an agreement to supply the Department of Public Works & Transportation with Plug-In Hybrid Sedans for Model Year 2026. The contract period will commence on the date of award and will terminate with the manufacturer's production build-out date or depletion of all stocks, whichever occurs last. The County reserves the right to extend this contract for the next model year, upon mutual consent in writing, for the same prices, terms, and conditions. • The bidder must specify the actual unit offered in order to receive proper consideration for their bid. • All exceptions to the attached specifications must be clearly noted on the bid form and fully explained in outline format. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any portion of this bid, and to make the award when in their opinion, the respective action serves to promote the best interests of the County. • The bidder shall maintain records of all purchases made from this contract and submit this information to the County within thirty days after the manufacturer's final build-out date. • The County encourages and supports significant participation by business enterprises that are service-disabled veteran-owned and minority and/or woman-owned for County contracts and purchases.
