The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive exterior painting and staining services for the District Attorney and Probation office building in Breckenridge, CO. The work includes full wood‑surface preparation, application of approved stain and urethane finishes, and required traffic control and safety measures. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the technical and schedule requirements.
• Scope: Power‑wash, scrape, repair, and stain all exterior soffit, fascia, freeze board, clear‑wood trim, timber posts, beams, and transom.
• Materials: Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes Acrylic Solid Stain and Helmsman satin spar urethane (color‑match required).
• Requirements: Two‑coat stain, OSHA‑compliant fall protection, provision of barricades/signage, 1‑year warranty, and insurance (WC, CGL, Auto) at specified limits.
