IFB 071-2026 - PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The City of Springfield, MO - Division of Purchases is seeking bids for a time and materials contract for on-call, on-site passenger boarding bridge maintenance, repairs, staff training, and inspections at the Springfield-Branson National Airport. The contract will include all labor, equipment, licensing, materials, tools, travel, and other necessary items to complete the work on an as-required basis. The training aspect will involve teaching airport staff how to operate and maintain some of the equipment on their own. Key aspects of the job include: • On-call, on-site maintenance and repairs of passenger boarding bridges • Staff training for airport staff to operate and maintain equipment • Inspections of passenger boarding bridges • Provision of all necessary labor, equipment, and materials • Completion of work on an as-required basis
