Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of rooftop mechanical systems and associated components at the Limon Correctional Facility. The project involves field verification, equipment/engineering submittals, selective demolition, furnishing and installation of mechanical equipment, replacement of associated controls, and final electrical connections. The contractor shall also coordinate state permitting and inspections, provide factory-authorized start-up, testing, and commissioning. The scope of services includes full construction contracting services for the project.
