The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to modernize Conference Room 101 at Eglin AFB, Florida. The scope includes complete removal of legacy AV equipment, engineering, procurement, and installation of a TAA‑compliant direct‑view LED video wall, associated video‑over‑IP distribution, digital audio system, PTZ camera, control interfaces, and a 20‑RU rack with UPS. The contractor must also provide a four‑year warranty, maintenance, and on‑site training for government personnel.
• Provide a 20 ft × 5 ft fine‑pitch DVLED wall supporting six simultaneous presentation windows (≥ 4K 60 Hz HDR).
• Install heavy‑duty tilt‑wall mounts, low‑profile raceways, PoE+ networking, a 20‑RU rack, UPS, and two 10.1‑in. non‑wireless touch controllers.
• Integrate resident PC, guest‑laptop HDMI inputs, PTZ camera, beam‑forming ceiling microphone, and a four‑speaker audio system; all hardware must be 100 % TAA‑compliant.
• Deliver off‑site rack build, on‑site commissioning, training for up to five government personnel, and a mandatory 4‑year (extendable to 5‑7 years) warranty with response‑time service levels.
