Sheriff Pursuit Vehicles

The Cleveland County Purchasing department is seeking bids for the purchase of multiple new or used, 2023 model year or newer, white or black, Dodge Durango Law Enforcement Pursuit Vehicles for the Cleveland County Sheriff. The vehicles should have a 5.7L 8-speed automatic transmission, remote start, spotlamp, TVI bumper, lightbar, and siren system. The minimum requirements also include a mileage of 60,000 miles or less. The bid should include pricing information for each vehicle, including the model year, color, mileage, and any additional features. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in bids. • The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the vendor, the bid number, and date and time of closing clearly marked on the outside. • The bid should include a notarized affidavit for contracts and payments. • The vendor should provide warranty information for the vehicles. • The bid should include any deviations from the specifications and supportive literature. • The county may accept any variation from the specifications if the changes are found to be in the best interest of the county.
