Improving Equity through Young Adult Community Access Programs

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute intends to contract with Community Healthcare Network to fill a gap in services no longer being provided by a previous contract. The contract will fund coordinated systems of care that increase HIV, STI, and HCV, screening, diagnosis, treatment and prevention; PrEP initiation; and expedited engagement in HIV clinical care for youths and young adults in priority populations. Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
