Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide certified technicians for annual testing, quarterly preventative maintenance, and repair and maintenance services for 6 elevators located throughout the Fox Developmental Center. The contract is expected to last for one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to perform the services in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, including providing lien waivers and complying with prevailing wage requirements.
• The vendor must provide certified technicians for annual testing of the elevators.
• The vendor must perform quarterly preventative maintenance on the elevators.
• The vendor must provide repair and maintenance services for the elevators as needed.
• The vendor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide lien waivers.
• The vendor must maintain records and provide them to the State upon request.
