The General Services Administration is conducting a market‑research Request for Information (RFI) to gather data on all‑weather stationery items that could be used to form a future Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The RFI is voluntary, does not constitute a solicitation for award, and responses are to be submitted via a Google Form by the deadline. This effort will help GSA identify potential vendors and product specifications for pens, binders, notebooks, calendars, kits, and related paper products that meet all‑weather performance criteria.
• Scope covers a comprehensive list of NSNs for all‑weather pens, refills, binders, planners, notebooks, index cards, and field kits.
• Respondents must provide product information, pricing, and compliance with post‑consumer recycled material requirements, but no contract will be awarded from this RFI.
• Responses are due October 15, 2026 5 PM EDT; the RFI will inform a prospective BPA that could involve a one‑year base period with up to nine one‑year options.
