Description
The Los Angeles County Internal Services Department is seeking bids for software maintenance and support for Adobe ColdFusion. The contract is for a 12-month term, and the successful bidder will be required to provide support and maintenance services for the specified software. The bid must include a copy of the signed bid package, along with a manufacturer's letter within 90 days of the bid due date, stating that the company is an authorized reseller. The county reserves the right to waive any formality in the bidding or evaluation process and to reject any or all bids.
• The software must be new, unused, and current models.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the products and services offered.
• The bid must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer on the manufacturer's letterhead, confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The county will not be financially responsible for any services provided by the vendor that exceed the purchase order value established by the purchasing agent.
• The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the county from and against any liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to any violation of laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, or directives.
