MIL DEPT - Williston Armory Janitorial

The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Williston Armory in Williston, VT. The contract will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment for twice weekly cleaning/janitorial of the armory. The contract is for two years with options to extend for a total of 5 years. A mandatory walk-through meeting will be held on 12/2/2025 at 1:00 PM. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the janitorial services. • The contract is for two years with options to extend for a total of 5 years. • A mandatory walk-through meeting will be held on 12/2/2025 at 1:00 PM. • The contractor must comply with DoD Access Control standards and procedures. • The contractor must provide a signed "VTARNG BASE ACCESS REGISTRATION/RECORD CHECK" form for each associated employee.
