26-586 RFP - E-Rate Category Two Equipment - Mist WiFi

The Eugene School District 4J is seeking a vendor to provide Wi-Fi network equipment and installation services to upgrade their existing Wi-Fi infrastructure across 17 school buildings. The equipment must be E-rate eligible under Category Two and meet specific technical requirements, including Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) or better, 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz band capability, and 4x4 radio. The vendor must also provide pricing options for 1, 5, and 7 year terms for Mist subscription for wireless access points. The district is looking for a vendor that can provide improved performance in crowded places, increased throughput, and increased radio spectrum by implementing the 6 GHz band for compatible devices. • The vendor must be an authorized reseller of the proposed equipment and have a current Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). • The vendor must be willing to bill in accordance with E-rate rules (SPI or BEAR). • The vendor must separate E-rate eligible and ineligible products/services. • The vendor must provide warranty information and shipping costs to Eugene, Oregon. • The vendor must include estimated delivery timeline and any installation services if offered. • The vendor must provide at least 3 references from similar agencies.
