Description
This solicitation calls for a 5‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide relocation services for Radar‑Absorbent‑Material (RAM) at Edwards Air Force Base. The contractor will receive individual “calls” (task orders) up to $40,000 each, submit a firm unit‑price list, and perform the moves using government‑provided flat‑bed carts, cardboard dividers, and dumpsters. The work is limited to low‑hazard material handling, with a maximum crew of four workers per task order, and must comply with base access, safety, and CMMC Level 1 requirements.
• Scope: Remove, transport, and reinstall RAM in Buildings 1030 and 1039 (and other on‑base locations).
• Funding: $300,000 total ceiling over 5 years; $40,000 max per call; funding via GPC/E‑GPC based on call value.
• Requirements: Provide hourly labor rates, adhere to SCA wage determination (Kern County), submit safety & health plan, complete antiterrorism and OPSEC training, obtain base access badges.
