Foxworthy Campus – Carport Installation

Sarasota County is seeking a vendor to provide and install one aluminum gable roof carport structure measuring 30 feet (W) x 20 feet (L) x 10 feet (H), with a center section design and minimum 14-gauge framing. The structure will be installed at the Foxworthy Campus. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the installation. The County may purchase additional quantities of the carport structure at the unit price quoted during the 30-day period following award of this Quick Quote, and possibly for up to one year after the award. The total purchase amount shall not exceed $50,000. • The carport structure must meet the specifications provided in the Quote Requirements document. • The vendor must provide a lump sum price for the installation of the carport structure. • The vendor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The vendor must maintain insurance acceptable to the County for this Purchase Order.
