Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the food service fire suppression and fire alarm system upgrade at the Ionia Correctional Facility. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, and for construction administration services during the project. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The project includes multiple phases, including design, construction administration, and construction services
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology for the project
• The contractor must identify all key personnel that will be assigned to the contract
• The contractor must provide a detailed budget analysis and cost proposal for the project
