Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 75,000 business reply envelopes. The envelopes must be printed with type/rule matter, FIM code, and BRM bars in black on the side opposite the seams, and must have an open side, diagonal seams, and a fully gummed flap. The contractor must also provide a W-9 form before payment. The product must meet Quality Level III standards, and the contractor must submit electronic page proofs for approval. The delivery address is the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
• The contractor must produce the entire job using either conventional offset or digital printing.
• The final output must be a minimum of 150-line screen and at a minimum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi x 1 bit or 600 x 600 dpi x 4-bit depth technology.
• The contractor must pack 500 envelopes to a box and provide suitable cartons and shipping containers.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
