The Lynwood Unified School District is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to fully replace the roofing systems on eight school buildings (B, D, E, F, G, H, I, K) and adjacent covered walkways at Abbott Elementary School. The work includes complete demolition of existing built‑up roofing, deck inspection and repair, installation of a hot‑applied SBS‑modified bitumen membrane system (Tremco POWERply Endure 100), new flashing, gutters, downspouts, and roof‑mounted equipment relocation. The contractor must be pre‑qualified through Quality Bidders, hold a California C‑39 roofing license, provide a Community Workforce Agreement Letter of Assent, and submit bid, performance, and payment bonds (10 % bid security; 100 % performance and payment bonds).
