Engineering Design Services for Ferris Road Improvements

The City of Lancaster is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Design Services for Ferris Road Improvements. The project involves transportation and traffic engineering, including roadway design and PS&E. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering design services for the improvements. • The project requires firms to be licensed in the State of Texas and have experience in transportation and traffic engineering. • The RFQ has a 30-page limit, and the table of contents page is included in the limit, while dividers/tab pages are not. • A virtual pre-submittal conference was held on October 23, 2025, and the link to the conference can be found in the RFQ document under attachments. • The City will post responses to questions under the questions tab, and attendees can post questions under the same tab. • The RFQ requires firms to provide a Statement of Qualifications, and the City will evaluate the submissions based on the qualifications and experience of the firms.
