Columbarium Design and Installation

The City of Iowa City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, fabricate, and install a columbaria system at Oakland Cemetery. The project consists of three phases, with the first phase including the design and installation of approximately five columbaria and one granite bench. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to complete the project. The vendor must demonstrate experience with columbarium design and installation projects of similar scale and complexity, and must provide high-quality materials and craftsmanship. The project requires compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including those related to natural building stones, granite, and exterior dimension stone.
