Public Defender Services

The City of Flagstaff is seeking a Proposer to provide Public Defender Services for indigent defendants in the Flagstaff Municipal Court. The Proposer should have experience in providing similar services, particularly for public agencies. The Scope of Work includes representing indigent defendants, attending court settings, and providing personal consultation with clients. The Proposer should submit a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, approach, and fee structure. The City will evaluate the proposals based on the Evaluation Criteria, which includes Firm & Individual Qualifications, Presented Approach, References, and Proposed Fee. • The Proposer should provide a detailed description of their firm and individual qualifications, experience, and expertise in providing Public Defender Services. • The Proposer should outline their approach to providing the services, including their methodology and scope of work. • The Proposer should provide at least five references from current or former clients. • The Proposer should submit a fee cost proposal, including a schedule of reimbursable expenses. • The Proposer should address how they plan to handle their caseload and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
