FY 2026 CDBG Administration SOQ

The City of Pembroke is seeking a vendor to provide administrative and related grant services for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The scope of work includes providing water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements associated with a multi-activity application, as well as elements of a multi-activity application for infrastructure improvements and neighborhood revitalization. The vendor will be responsible for providing grant administration and related project management services. • The vendor must have experience in grant administration and project management. • The vendor must be able to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. • The vendor must be able to provide elements of a multi-activity application for infrastructure improvements and neighborhood revitalization. • The vendor must be able to work with the City of Pembroke to ensure compliance with CDBG regulations.
