Description
The VA is seeking a sole‑source repair of a Hologic Mini C‑Arm (SN 30‑0418‑13M) at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Hologic, the OEM, will provide all parts, labor, travel, tools, and incidentals to eliminate a persistent line on the unit’s monitor screen and return the equipment to full operational status. This is a one‑time maintenance effort; the contractor must present photo ID on‑site and supply personal protective equipment.
• Scope: Replace faulty screen components and perform full functional testing per manufacturer standards.
• Deliverables: Parts, labor, travel expenses, tools, test equipment, and any other incidentals required for complete repair.
• Location: Baltimore VA Medical Center, 10 N. Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
