Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting quotes for pipe coverings and insulation. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. The requirements include compliance with specific standards such as EB4013, MIL-PRF-32514, and NAVSEA Standard item 009-0011. The pipe coverings shall be packaged and shipped in a manner that prevents bending, crushing, deformation, or other damage during transit. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
