Risk Liability Coverage - Detox

The City of Laredo is seeking sealed proposals for liability insurance to cover the risks associated with the operation of the Detoxification Facility. The City encourages electronic bid submissions through Cit-E-Bid, but hand-delivered bids will also be accepted. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing liability insurance coverage for the Detoxification Facility. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing liability insurance coverage for the Detoxification Facility • Responding to the exposures presented by the operation of the facility • Complying with the Terms and Conditions and other contract provisions • Submitting bids electronically through Cit-E-Bid or in person at City Hall • Allowing sufficient time for check-in at the City Hall reception desk for hand-delivered bids
