Description
The State of California, via the Department of Water Resources and administered by the Department of General Services, is seeking a lease for approximately 25,200 net usable square feet of office space and an additional 5,000 square feet of storage/warehouse space in the cities of Red Bluff, Redding, or Chico. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic and ADA standards, be close to public transit, comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, and optionally possess LEED or Energy Star certification. The lease package must also include roughly 60 parking spaces. Interested property owners or authorized agents must submit the address, map, and project number by the response deadline.
