Description
The Town of Marshfield is seeking bids for the re-roofing and repair of its gazebo located at 122 School St. The scope of work includes removing existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, and flashing, and installing new 29-gauge galvalume drip edge, shingle manufactured approved underlayment, and "Architectural" shingles. The existing octagonal wood structure is approximately 24' in diameter. The contractor will be responsible for removal of all material and site safety during construction.
• Remove existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, and flashing
• Install 29-gauge galvalume drip edge, shingle manufactured approved underlayment, and "Architectural" shingles
• Perform minimal amount of miscellaneous carpentry repair and painting
• Ensure site safety during construction
• Remove all material from the site
