25-256 IFB Landscape Cleanup and Maintenance Services at the El Centro DMV Field Office

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the El Centro DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor will be responsible for performing a one-time landscape cleanup service and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services. The contractor must possess a valid C-27 contractor license and comply with all requirements outlined in the IFB package. • The contractor will be required to perform services during DMV business hours, unless otherwise indicated or approved by the DMV Project Manager. • The contractor will be required to submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The contractor must comply with the DVBE participation requirements and submit all required documents.
