Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for a firm-fixed price contract to provide Anatomical pathological services, specifically Lab Special Stains -equipment rental reagent CPK- PKG 276 CHIP-IN. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The requirement includes providing Cost Per Kit pricing per the number of estimated annual test volumes included in the line-item description. The offeror must submit a quote that includes technical capability, price, and past performance. The Government will evaluate the quotes based on the factors of technical capability, price, and past performance.
• The contract requires the provision of various lab special stains, including TRICHROME BLUE CPK, PAP STAIN CPK, AFB STAIN CPK, and others.
• The offeror must provide a pricing schedule that includes unit prices and total prices for each line item.
• The offeror must also provide up to two recent and relevant past performance references that attest to contract performance.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
