Description
The City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Juvenile Complex Facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning services, including but not limited to, emptying trash, cleaning floors, and restocking supplies. The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services to government facilities and must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project, including their qualifications, experience, and pricing.
• The contractor must be able to provide janitorial services for the Juvenile Complex Facilities, including the Juvenile Detention Center.
• The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services to government facilities.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project, including their qualifications, experience, and pricing.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor must be able to provide a certificate of authority from the Secretary of State of Louisiana, if applicable.
